Enquiry & Discovery
An initial conversation to understand your building and the committee's objectives.
What's involved
- A short call to understand your building, its parking arrangement and the committee's priorities.
- A plain-language explanation of the options available and where your building sits today.
- No cost or obligation at this stage.
What we'll need from you
- A general description of the building: number of lots, parking type and age of the electrical infrastructure, if known.
- An outline of any EV charging requests already received from owners.

Stage 02
EV Readiness Snapshot
A preliminary, remote review of your building's current position and next steps.
What's involved
- A short building questionnaire completed with you or your strata manager.
- A remote review of available plans, switchboard photographs and any existing proposals.
- Identification of obvious constraints and a written recommendation on next steps.
What we'll need from you
- Photographs of the main switchboard and metering arrangement.
- Strata plan or car park layout, if available.
- Copies of any quotes or supplier proposals already received.

Stage 03
Comprehensive EV Readiness Assessment
For buildings proceeding further: a full structured assessment and committee-ready report.
What's involved
- A site attendance covering the switchboard, metering, car park and cable pathways.
- Assessment of resident demand, electrical capacity, governance pathways and cost-recovery models.
- A committee-ready report setting out staged options, risks and a recommended roadmap.
What we'll need from you
- Access to the switchboard, meter room and car park.
- Strata plan and any existing electrical documentation, if available.
- A nominated contact — usually the strata manager or building manager — to coordinate access.

Stage 04
Committee Presentation
Findings and a staged roadmap presented directly to your committee.
What's involved
- A walkthrough of the findings and recommended staging, in plain language for volunteer committee members.
- Time set aside for questions from committee members and owners.
- Supporting material your committee can circulate, minute and act on.
What we'll need from you
- A place on the agenda at a committee or general meeting.
- Confirmation of who will attend and whether the session is in person or online.

Stage 05
Implementation and Installer Coordination
Support progressing an approved roadmap through to installation, if the committee proceeds.
What's involved
- Preparation of a vendor-neutral installer brief based on the approved roadmap.
- Sourcing suitable installers and coordinating their questions and site visits.
- Comparing submissions on equal terms and providing a handover summary once work is underway.
What we'll need from you
- A recorded committee or owners corporation resolution approving the scope.
- Confirmation of the approved budget envelope and any preferred contractors.
